Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out administrative activities, such as preparing, recording, and archiving data or documents, and making reports in the maintenance department.
  2. Ensure repair and preventive maintenance report documents are in accordance with lead time.
  3. Maintain electricity consumption in the area of responsibility according to needs.
  4. Maintaining the use of ATK expenses does not exceed the standards and budget set by Accounting.
  5. Responsible in making reports of maintenance, repair, and use of spare parts.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in FMCG industry as Maintenance Admin.
  • Willing to be placed in Majalengka.
