Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Science / Technical / Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a multinational, preferably within the manufacturing / auto industry.
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Possess strong initiatives of past job experience
- Strong strategic & leadership while still being hands on when required
- Proven track record of success in driving change and achieving targets
- A self-starter with good communication and project management skills
- A collaborative team player working with all functional and external stakeholders
- High level of integrity
- Strong focus on relevance, quality & accuracy (including good helicopter view & business orientation)
- Ability to motivate, inspire and develop team members
- An analytical mindset combined with good problem solving skills
- Fluent in Bahasa and English
Corporate Legal Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Law from reputable university.
- Minimum working experience in 5-7 years with minimum 3 years managerial experience in similar position of multi-national company, preferably within the manufacturing or automotive industry or reputable law firm.
- Strong knowledge in Indonesia corporate and commercial law, especially in company law, foreign investment, employment, business competition, consumer protection and intellectual property.
- Having business sense and willing to understand the business process and goals.
- English skill: full professional proficiency in both written and speaking.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership for work, strong work ethics and sense of responsibility
- Excellent level of integrity.
- Having managerial and leadership skills with effective problem solving and decision-making process.
- Good communication, inter-personal skills and mindset to become a strategic business partner to business. Being hands on when required is mandatory.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Technology savviness and effective computer skills including familiarity with all basic MS Office applications as a minimum.
